Uniting the team on all client content

13TEN MARKETING + ContentCal

Rache allen case study

Company type: Agency Favorite feature: Web Clipper

13Ten Marketing supports small and medium-sized businesses in marketing and social media management. They also provide training that allows businesses to take matters into their own hands to achieve the results they want.

The old way The team were managing multiple client accounts using numerous spreadsheets, often from various remote locations. Without a planning tool like ContentCal, team communication would get lost or confused, and the approval process lacked structure.

The new way with ContentCal ContentCal has massively helped Rachel to scale the business. The remote team can collaborate on content with complete visibility over what’s been planned and clients are able to log in and approve. This not only creates efficiency (critical for a small business) but also improves content quality.

Messages and engagement are also being managed through Respond, while Pocket is being used to populate the Calendar with content ideas through a Zapier integration. In short, the team is finding it easier and quicker to populate the content calendar, while still being able to keep on top of their community management responsibilities.

__“The changes in version 2.0 are brilliant – the Web Clipper tool allows us to store content for use at another time and the Content Hub allows us to keep ideas safe so that we can discuss them with clients.”

“ContentCal is a brilliant tool for social media and content management and I don’t think I could run my business without it now!” - Rachel Allen, Director at Rachel Allen Marketing _
