The remote team can collaborate on content with complete visibility over what’s been planned and clients are able to log in and approve. This not only creates efficiency (critical for a small business) but also improves content quality.
Messages and engagement are also being managed through Respond, while Pocket is being used to populate the Calendar with content ideas through a Zapier integration. In short, the team is finding it easier and quicker to populate the content calendar, while still being able to keep on top of their community management responsibilities.
