Tools like Monday.com represent a significant advantage over a typical spreadsheet (which is still a popular choice for content plans) but, in terms of task management, team collaboration, and visibility, there is still a big gap. Project management tools require manual administration to update, and there is no closed-loop to signify activity is completed, or to summarize the results.
Monday.com is perfect for high-level content planning and task management, but when it comes to the specifics of your content, another tool is needed to extend Monday.com's offering.
