ContentCal is now an Adobe company, and we could not be more delighted to welcome our customers into the Adobe family. 

When we started ContentCal, we set out to establish a new standard in how companies plan, create and publish social media content. Over the last four years, through our laser-focused approach and deep understanding of the problems faced by our users, we have built one of the most highly regarded social media and content marketing platforms in the world.

Together with Adobe, we have the perfect partner to take this ambition to the next level. 

Introducing the new Adobe Express Content Scheduler

Since ContentCal joined Adobe, the teams have worked hard to integrate the technology and experience into Adobe Express, an all-in-one app to quickly and easily make and share standout content from thousands of beautiful templates. Today, we’re rolling out the first round of these social scheduling capabilities as the Content Scheduler in Adobe Express.

What this means for you

The ContentCal you’ve come to know and love will continue to deliver on our promise to you, our valued customer. We will be continuing to support your social media marketing efforts for the foreseeable future, and we can’t thank you enough for all your support over the years. Existing customers do not need to take any action at this stage. 

However, you are welcome to try out Adobe Express and the Content Scheduler feature whenever you please. The first release focuses on individuals and small businesses, but this is only the beginning. We will roll out many more capabilities going forward.

Here’s what you can do right now:

Plan: Make and plan your social media themes, topics, and campaigns through tools that help draft and finalize your content. See and manage your social cadence through a single drag-and-drop calendar. 

Schedule: Set your content to publish at exactly the right time to ensure that it lands well with your audience and reaches as many people as possible. 

Preview: See individual scheduled social posts in preview mode to view exactly what your followers will see once your post is live. 

Publish: Save time by publishing your posts across Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook from one place. This streamlined workflow also saves you money because you no longer need to subscribe to multiple services to get your projects done. 

There’s a lot of good stuff in the pipeline that we can’t wait to share with you including support for more social platforms, performance insights and recommendations, bringing all capabilities to mobile, and expanding to teams, larger businesses and agencies.
