Connecting to an Instagram Business profile
If you find that your desired Instagram Business profile isn't appearing as an option to connect to, here are two things to check.
All Instagram Business Pages will be connected to a Facebook Page. Please ensure that you are an 'Admin' of this Facebook Page by heading to the Page and selecting 'Page Settings', and then 'Page Roles'.
After pressing 'Connect' within ContentCal, and selecting to 'Connect a Business profile', you will then be given the option to 'Edit Settings' within Facebook. You will need to select this option and then continue through the modals ensuring to 'Select all' and the affirmative at every stage to give ContentCal access to your Pages and accounts.
