How to add Users

Here's how to add your team members and/or clients to ContentCal.

Note: Adding Teammates and / or Clients is available on the Essential plan and above.

Top tip: Top tip: Add your Organization name before inviting people so they know it's you from within your Organization Settings

To add teammates and/or clients, head to Home. From here, click on 'Manage People'.

Next, click 'Invite People' and add them in. Unless you are an Agency, add people as Team Members.

Anyone added to a Calendar at this stage will be automatically given the User Permission of 'Creator'. You can change this later on through the 'Members + Approvals' section within each Calendar.

Once you are done, you will see a list of users in the main 'Manage People' area.
