I can't see the live chat bubble
Live Chat is available to customers on the Essential plan and above. Here's what to do if you are on one of these plans and unable to see the bubble...
1) Try refreshing your browser. It may be stuck on off if you've just changed plans.
2) Try removing Ad Blocker which may be preventing Chat from appearing. If this proves true, you can whitelist https://app.contentcal.io
Or, if you want more granular control, you can whitelist scripts for 'Intercom', our live chat provider.
