Managing your plan

How to upgrade/downgrade, add/remove Calendars and Users, and view/change billing details.

Note: If you're on the Expert Plan, you'll need to get in contact with our team via Live Chat or by emailing support@contentcal.io if you want to make changes to your plan.

How do I upgrade or downgrade?

If you'd like to switch to a different ContentCal plan, you can do so by heading to the Dashboard and selecting 'Manage Plan'. From here, you can choose your desired plan and complete payment (if necessary).

If you have a discount code, you can enter this during the checkout process.

Note: If you'd like to downgrade to our Essential or Hobbyist Plans, you may need to make adjustments to your account by removing Users or Calendars

How do I delete a Calendar or User?

To delete a Calendar

Head to Home and on the Calendar you want to delete, click the 3 dots icon, then select 'Delete'. If you cannot see the 3 dots icon, it's because you are not an Admin or Owner.

To delete a User

Head to Home and go to 'Manage People', then click on the individual you would like to delete and select 'Remove from Organization' (top right corner).

How can I add more Calendars or Users to my plan?

Head to Home and select 'Manage Plan'. Adjust your account by indicating the total number of Users and Calendars you need on your plan, and then complete payment. If you are currently on the Hobbyist plan, you'll need to upgrade to a higher plan before adding multiple Calendars or Users.

How can I change my billing details?

Those on Advanced and Essential plans will need to head to Home and select the '...' option beside 'Manage Plan'. From here, you can select 'Billing'.

Those on Expert plans will need to head to Home and select the 'Manage Plan' button. From here, you will be able to access the billing portal you require.

How can I view my billing history and invoices?

Those on Advanced and Essential plans will need to head to Home and select the '...' option beside 'Manage Plan'. From here, you can select 'Billing' where you'll be able to view your billing history and download invoices.

Those on Expert plans will need to head to Home and select the 'Manage Plan' button. From here, you will be able to access the billing portal you require.
