ContentCal introduces automated Instagram publishing

LONDON, UK, February 12, 2021: ContentCal today announced automated Instagram publishing, allowing users to send photos, stories and videos directly to Instagram, without any additional integrations or push-notifications.

Previously, Instagram’s closed API meant direct publishing was not possible, but this new feature allows for more streamlined publishing workflows, something ContentCal product and tech teams have actively been working on a solution for.

Owned by parent company Facebook, Instagram has over 1 billion users, of which 500m visit the platform on a daily basis.

Automated Instagram publishing is available now to all ContentCal users.
